Ruby Cadillac, A Murdered Angel

February 28, 2006

We're Back

And with good news. The man who shot my dogs has put his house up for sale a few weeks ago.

since we aren't able to take him to court, and punish him legally, we did what we could to make his life miserable... to the point where he wouldn't even come out of his house. and everytime he'd see us coming down the driveway, he would go back inside his house. we made him so miserable, i think he felt he had to move.

ha. our own little bit of revenge.

a great way to get the Murdered Angel site back up and running. and just in time for Ruby's anniversary. She's been gone one year already... which is just impossible for me to believe.

That's so great!! Yes it's not actual legal punishment but he'll be GONE and probably haunted for the rest of his life by the memory of what he did cause a year is a LONG time to go with the constant reminders you apparently gave him.

GO PISTOL!

btw remember that song I recommended to you? Here's another by the same band that I just realized fits you and Ruby and Corona... not literally but more than seems on the surface. Even just the name itself... "Shot" by The Rasmus. Link takes you to the Myspace page where you can hear that song.

*hugs* I'm thinking of you and Ruby and Corona.

YEA!!!!! im glad you made his life hell but im sad that there was nothing legally you could do. sad that there are animals out there who deserve to live more than humans.

i think about ruby all the time.

It is so weird that I stumbled across the button with Ruby's picture and the site on the aniversary. I had taken the three pit bull shirts that I ordered out and tried them on last nigh; the button fell out unnoticed until this morning, and I decided to check it out. I will order more and wear them proudly, probably tees this time, I love the one of Ruby and Corona kissing. I hope the shooter is haunted for the rest of his life, maybe he'll even bcome a pit convert and realize something, but often there is little hope for such small-minded people. I'm glad I got to meet Ruby. albeit posthumously. Thanks for giving me one more reason to fight for pit bulls.
