I did a little furniture moving around the site, added some pictures and changed some names. Josie paid the site a visit and left a note in the guestbook. Thanks Jo, we love you and are very proud of you on how you are handling this. we'll work on your spelling when you get home ;)

No news on the case yet. It's been frustrating thinking that this is all in vain.

Anyone know the name of a good Animal Case Lawyer? I know nothing on law, and would love to talk to someone about this case and see what they think professionaly (like if we even stand a chance.)

As for us moving, which has been sprinkled about in comments, we're not. We just bought the house in November and it's what we have always been after (asides from living next door to Satan). A fence on the other hand (like a 15 foot brick wall) lol, is a great possibility in the near future. Either that or we make sure that Satan moves out. He leaves before we do, that is for sure.

I want to address the donations. I can't thank everyone enough who has donated to help us out. We are saving up to go to court and pay for a lawyer and get this guy in as much trouble as we possibly can. So far, donations have totaled up to over $300. I'm left speechless at your generosity for my family and my angel. THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING US FIGHT FOR RUBY'S RIGHT.
